Project Alpha

This 8-unit affordable housing development will provide a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes for low- and moderate-income residents, with incomes between 50% and 100% of the area median income (AMI). The facility will feature a community room designed for a range of programs, including job skills training, addiction counseling, and other activities aimed at increasing economic opportunities for residents.

Built with sustainability in mind, the development incorporates green strategies such as low-VOC materials, energy-efficient HVAC systems and appliances, LED lighting, and low-flow plumbing fixtures. Mature trees, landscaping, and a playground will foster residents' connection to the outdoors and promote overall well-being.
